Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to lead daily scheduling operations for Home Health or Hospice services. This role oversees scheduling staff, coordinates patient service coverage, and ensures efficient delivery based on patient needs and staff availability.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in a related field, 3+ years in healthcare office experience, and familiarity with scheduling systems such as Home Care Home Base (HCHB).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field is required/preferred.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling or office operations.
• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) or similar scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the scheduling team, ensuring timely response to calls and service requests.
• Oversee daily scheduling to ensure patient visits are staffed efficiently.
• Train, mentor, onboard, and support scheduling staff.
• Maintain staff and contract clinician schedules and availability.
• Collaborate with Intake and Clinical teams to match staffing with referrals.
• Monitor scheduling workflows, visit assignments, and changes.
