Aveanna Healthcare in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Team Coordinator Scheduler Full Time to support daily operations in our home health office. The role centers on scheduling clinicians, coordinating with physicians and families, and ensuring accurate clerical processes in the EMR (Homecare Homebase).

You will greet clients and staff, handle office communications, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations while delivering excellent customer service and data validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordinating in home health is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with standard office software and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and staff entering the office and provide excellent service.
• Schedule clinicians and notify physicians of care changes.
• Perform pre-bill auditing and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage office calls, correspondence, and meetings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
