Job summary

All Heart Home Care in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Home Health Scheduler to organize caregiver visits and nursing schedules, ensuring clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality in-home care. You will coordinate schedules for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, monitor staffing needs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with recruiters and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Scheduling, staffing or healthcare coordination experience preferred.
• Home health, hospice or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver and nursing visits based on client needs and employee availability.
• Monitor daily staffing needs and fill open shifts proactively.
• Manage schedule changes, call-offs and emergency staffing situations.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, families and office staff.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Ensure staffing assignments comply with care plans and company policies.
• Track employee availability, credentials and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and clinical staff to address staffing needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Assist with other administrative and office duties as needed.
