Synergy HomeCare is hiring a Scheduler to organize caregiver assignments and coordinate client needs in a fast-paced home care environment. You will manage shifts, confirm attendance, and keep client and caregiver records current, ensuring seamless daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of scheduling or admin experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with scheduling tools.

Formación

• 2+ years in scheduling, office admin, or related role.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate caregivers with clients based on needs, availability, and shifts.
• Manage caregiver schedules, open shifts, call-outs, and last-minute changes.
• Communicate schedule updates and shift assignments clearly to caregivers and clients.
• Monitor staffing coverage and ensure all shifts are filled.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in scheduling system.
• Follow up with caregivers to confirm availability and attendance.
• Support general office tasks and administrative duties as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to address scheduling concerns and daily operations.
