You will coordinate schedules for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, monitor staffing needs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with recruiters and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Scheduling, staffing or healthcare coordination experience preferred.
• Home health, hospice or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
