AdvanceCare Health Services in Tennessee seeks a Scheduling Coordinator for our Home Care department. This full-time, work-from-home role requires a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and strong organizational skills to staff caregiver shifts and coordinate client care.

You will use scheduling systems like Wellsky, Sandata, and Health Suite, communicate clearly with clients and caregivers, and be on-call once a month. Prior caregiving or scheduling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Presentable and professional appearance when meeting with clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-demand environment.
• 18 years or older with valid driver's license and background check requirement.

Responsibilities

• Schedules caregivers with new and existing clients, ensuring shifts are fully staffed.
• Manages medical scheduling systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Modifies caregiver assignments according to client schedules.
• Matches caregivers to clients and maintains professional communication.
• On-call once a month and able to handle additional tasks as needed.
