Job summary

CenterWell Home Health, part of Humana Inc., seeks a Home Health Specialist in Milwaukee to promote our home health services and develop referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs and case managers. You will travel within your territory and report to a Market Executive of Sales.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science with two years healthcare sales experience, CRM familiarity, and solid MS Office skills. TB screening is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years healthcare sales experience.
• Experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs is preferred.
• CRM experience is preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote home health care and develop referral relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide feedback on customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales and travel within assigned territory as required.
• This role is patient-facing and participates in Humana's TB screening program.
