Humana Inc. and CenterWell Home Health are seeking a Home Health Account Executive to grow referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers within an assigned territory.

You will develop business plans, maintain target lists, gather account information, and report to a Market Executive of Sales. The role requires travel within the territory and participation in sales meetings as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related sciences (e.g., nursing) or equivalent plus two years of health care sales experience.
• Experience selling to physicians, case managers, SNFs; clinical liaison experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and CRM contacts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This role is patient-facing and TB screening is required if selected.

Responsabilidades

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote home health care and develop referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts per the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide feedback on customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and attend sales meetings as required.
