Job summary

CenterWell Home Health in the United States is seeking a Home Health Specialist to build referral relationships by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. You will develop business plans, maintain target lists, and travel to meetings as needed.

This patient-facing role reports to a Market Executive of Sales and requires two years of healthcare sales experience, CRM proficiency, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Responsibilities

• You will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care service to develop referral source relationships.
• You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• You will gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities.
• You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• You will travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
