Job summary

Humana Inc. CenterWell Home Health in Daphne, Alabama, seeks a Home Health Sales Executive to promote homecare services by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers.

You will build client relationships, prepare business plans, and prioritize accounts to align with the market sales plan. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science with at least two years of healthcare sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills and ability to represent Humana service capabilities to targeted referral sources.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our homecare services.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists.
• Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.
