Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Home Health Account Executive to promote CenterWell Home Health services by engaging physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory and developing strategic referral sources.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field and at least two years of healthcare sales experience. CRM proficiency and MS Office are preferred; travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science (e.g., nursing) or equivalent plus two years in health care or related sales.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or prior experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• CRM experience preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health services and develop referral sources.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts per market plan.
• Gather and organize account information, provide feedback on opportunities, and report to Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within territory and to sales meetings as required.
