Humana CenterWell Home Health seeks a Home Health Account Executive to develop referral source relationships by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers in the Clemson area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field with two years sales in healthcare; CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred. TB screening is required for selected candidates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health related science or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Responsabilidades

• You will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care service to develop referral source relationships.
• You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• You will gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities.
• You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• You will travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
