Job summary

CenterWell Home Health seeks a Home Health Account Executive to promote services by engaging physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers within an assigned territory. You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists, and prioritize accounts according to the sales plan.

Travel within the territory is required; this patient-facing role participates in Humana's TB screening program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Experience selling to physicians, case managers, SNFs; clinical liaison preferred.
• CRM experience and MS Office proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Role is patient facing and TB screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners and case managers to promote home health services and build referral sources.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide input on customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
