Job summary

Humana Inc through CenterWell Home Health is hiring a Home Health Account Executive to drive referral growth in an assigned territory. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNF managers, and discharge planners to promote our home health services.

You will develop business plans, manage target lists, and report insights to the Market Executive. Travel within the territory is required, with 40-hour work weeks and a commission-based incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health sciences.
• Two years healthcare sales experience.
• CRM familiarity and maintaining sales outreach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• TB screening is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF managers, discharge planners and case managers to promote home health referrals.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Travel within the territory and to sales meetings as required.
• Gather and organize account information and provide feedback on opportunities.
