Job summary

Humana / CenterWell in Florida is seeking a Home Health Sales Executive to promote our homecare services to physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. You will build and maintain strong referral relationships, develop business plans, and prioritize accounts per the market sales plan.

Travel within the territory is required. The role offers a complete benefits package on day one, a competitive pay/commission plan, and a structured training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum two years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving, and ability to present Humana CenterWell capabilities to referral audiences.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred in SNFs, DME, ortho, cardio, or as a clinical liaison.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and to sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote homecare services.
• Build and maintain client relationships and key referral sources.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts per sales plan.
• Gather account information and provide input on pricing, service line extensions, and proposals.
