Job summary

CenterWell Home Health, a Humana subsidiary, is seeking an Home Health Account Executive in the United States. The role focuses on promoting home health services by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, prioritizing accounts, and gathering account information to identify opportunities. Travel within the territory and to sales meetings are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science and at least two years healthcare sales experience.
• Experience selling to physicians, case managers, and SNFs; clinical liaison experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned territory and attend sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers in the assigned territory to promote home health services and build referral relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide input on key customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
