Pathwell Health seeks a Sales Executive to coordinate business development and educate patients, physicians, and discharge planners. The role covers Virginia and West Virginia, ensuring continuity of care and smooth inter-team communication.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly production goals, expanding market share through account development, and educating the medical community about our services with effective sales calls and literature.

Formación

• Two+ years of sales/marketing experience required.
• Previous Home Health or Hospice sales experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly personal production goals.
• Increase market share through account development of referral sources.
• Educate medical community about Pathwell Health services via sales calls and in-services.
• Visit and establish rapport with physicians, office staff, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Log activity into CRM and manage paperwork (485/F2F) as needed.
• Participate in external marketing and community outreach to engage referral sources.
• Articulate competitive advantages and CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate and attend appointments/meetings; create presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and marketing teams.
