Job summary

Pathwell Health is seeking a Sales Executive to coordinate business development and patient/physician education in northern Virginia. You’ll ensure care continuity and smooth interactions across care teams.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly goals, expanding referral sources, and presenting our CMS-guided programs. Travel to Leesburg, Ashburn, Reston, Herndon, Tysons and surrounding areas is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of prior successful sales and marketing experience.
• Home health or hospice sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly personal production goals.
• Drive market share growth through account development of referral sources.
• Educate medical community about services and programs via sales calls and in-services.
• Visit physicians, office staff, discharge planners, and other referrals.
• Lead effective sales calls, plan, question, propose solutions, handle objections.
• Handle CRM logging, meetings, and timely communications.
• Support marketing through community networking and physician visits.
• Prepare presentations and reports; collaborate with clinical/marketing teams.
