Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice in Westland, MI is hiring a Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Livonia, Plymouth, Canton, Westland, and neighboring areas. The role includes a $10,000 first-year bonus and opportunities for ongoing rewards as you grow with the company.

You will deliver patient-centered care in home health settings, perform assessments and care planning, educate patients and families, and document thoroughly in EMR.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work
• At least 1 year RN experience delivering home health care
• Valid driver’s license and able to travel ~20% of workday to patient homes

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
