Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking an actively licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across the Milford area and surrounding communities. A $10,000 first-year success bonus is offered to reward key achievements during the first year.

You will deliver patient-centered care, perform assessments, educate families, and document thoroughly in EMR. Travel to patient homes within an assigned territory is required, with independent work supported

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse with RN license in the state you work.
• One year of RN experience delivering quality patient care.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
