Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide and document skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes or residential settings, traveling as needed to appointments. The RN must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed in RI, CPR and health certificate current, and able to meet all federal, state and local requirements.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the practicing state.
• CPR certification current when applicable.
• Health certificate current per contract or state regulation.
• Meets all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care.
• Care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or residential setting, with travel to appointments as needed.
• Adhere to physician-ordered individualized care plans.

Job description

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
