Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse who will assist patients in their recovery from chronic illnesses or debilitating injuries. The role includes creating recovery plans aimed at helping patients achieve maximum function and independence in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• One year prior professional nursing experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job description

The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible forassisting patients in attaining and maintaining maximum function due to chronicillness and/or a debilitating injury.The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recoveryprocess, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal ofachieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
