Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes under physician-ordered plans. You will document care and ensure the plan is followed, adapting as needed to the patient’s condition.

Most visits occur in the patient’s home or community setting with travel to appointments when required, supporting diverse Ohio health facilities and patient populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care per physician-ordered patient care plan.
• Care is provided mainly in the patient’s home or residential setting, may accompany patient to appointments and activities.

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.
