Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment based in Denver, CO. Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care per physician orders, primarily in patients' homes or residential settings, with potential visits outside the home.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current CO RN license, CPR if applicable, TB/PPD or chest x-ray, health certificate, and meeting state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in CO.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB/PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulations.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsabilités

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home during appointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
