Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes under physician orders. Care may occur in residential settings and occasionally outside the home for appointments the nurse accompanies the patient to.

Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Colorado RN license, CPR if applicable, TB screening, and health certificate per contract or state regulation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
