Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract - full time position in Warwick, RI. The role provides skilled one-on-one nursing care primarily in patients' homes or residential settings, following physician orders and care plans.

The RN will document care provided, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with the patient and family. Requires active RN license in RI, and preferred 1 year of home health experience with CPR as applicable.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year home health nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate as required by contract or regulations.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Setting: Healthcare Facilities

Job Type: Contract - Full Time

Pay: $48 / Hour

Hours: 40.00

Location: Warwick, RI

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice

• One year of home health nursing experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
