Job summary

Humana CenterWell Home Health seeks an Account Executive to build referral sources by engaging physicians, hospitals, SNF managers, discharge planners and case managers. You will develop business plans, manage target lists, and report to a Market Executive of Sales while traveling within an assigned territory.

The role is patient-facing and requires TB screening compliance. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science with two years of healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science plus two years health care sales experience.
• Previous home health care sales or clinical liaison experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Role involves TB screening program participation.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote home health care and develop referral sources.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide feedback on customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales and travel within an assigned territory.
