Job summary

Humana Inc in the United States seeks a Home Health Account Executive to call on physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers within an assigned territory to develop referral source relationships and promote our home health care services. You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists, gather account information, and report to a Market Executive of Sales.

You will travel within the territory and to sales meetings as required to make an impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science (nursing) or equivalent plus two years of health care or related industry sales experience.
• Experience selling to physicians, Case Managers, SNFs; clinical liaison experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners and case managers to promote home health care and develop referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists, prioritize accounts, and gather account information.
• Travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings; report to Market Executive of Sales.
