Arcadia Home Care and Staffing – an Addus family company in Monterey, CA, seeks an Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to generate PCS Caregiver referrals. The ideal candidate has strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the territory.

You will educate healthcare partners on personal Home Care Services, build a steady referral

Qualifications

• Minimum two years healthcare experience in a sales/marketing role, preferably home health or related industry.
• Willing to travel.
• Non-degree candidates with supervisory experience in home health, hospice or related healthcare industry will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Educates physician offices/groups, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners and case managers on the benefits of personal Home Care Services.
• Uses customer service and sales skills to attract and maintain business relationships.
• Contacts all leads in a timely manner and follows up with leads weekly.
• Builds relationships with the community, professional organizations, customers and clients to generate referrals.
• Assist branch in timely processing of billing, collections and document all demographic and payor information.
