Arcadia Home Care and Staffing – an Addus family company seeks an Account Executive to develop and maintain physician, hospital and facility referrals in the Lubbock, TX area. You will educate providers on personal Home Care Services and translate relationships into scheduled care with patients.

You will manage a dynamic pipeline, travel as needed, and partner with branch staff to ensure compliant, timely services. The role emphasizes local market growth and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Two+ years healthcare sales/marketing experience, preferably home health or hospice.
• Ability to develop a marketing plan for territory and drive referrals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently or in a team.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
• Experience with supervisory roles is a plus (non-degree candidates allowed).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers to generate referrals.
• Adheres to organizations policy and procedures.
• Communicates regularly with supervisor about department issues and keeps management advised of potential problems.
• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Meets department productivity standards.
• Recommends new approaches to continual improvements to policies and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
