Job summary

Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is seeking an Account Executive to build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities to generate referrals for PCS Caregiver services. You will use your sales and customer service skills to attract and retain business in the Abilene area and surrounding communities.

This role requires travel and excellent communication to educate providers about our offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years healthcare experience in a sales/marketing role, preferably home health or hospice.
• Willing to travel.
• Non-degree candidates with prior supervisory experience in home health or related industry will be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities to generate referrals.
• Use customer service and sales skills to attract and maintain business relationships.
• Contact leads and follow up regularly.
• Build community relationships to create a steady source of referrals.
• Conduct presentations and inform clients about personal Home Care Services.
