Job summary

Arcadia Home Care and Staffing – an Addus family company seeks an Account Executive to build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers to generate PCS Caregiver referrals. You will use sales acumen and service excellence to expand the company’s footprint in California.

The role requires strong communication, time management and the ability to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Two years healthcare sales/marketing experience.
• Ability to travel across the territory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Non-degree candidates with supervisory healthcare experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Educates physician offices, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers on personal Home Care Services.
• Develops and maintains referral relationships using established sales processes.
• Travels to client sites and conducts informational meetings to assess needs.
• Initiates service agreements with new clients and documents activities.
• Assists with billing/documentation and marketing expenditures.
• Represents the company at community events and professional groups.
