Job summary

Addus HomeCare in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to generate PCS caregiver referrals. Qualifications

• Create a successful and meaningful marketing strategy for assigned territory.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills.
• Organized with high work ethic and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Minimum two years healthcare sales/marketing experience, preferably home health or hospice.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Educates physician offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers on the benefits of Personal Home Care Services.
• Uses customer service and sales skills to attract and maintain business relationships.
• Contacts leads in a timely manner and follows up weekly.
• Builds relationships with community organizations and customers to create referrals.
• Initiates service agreements with new clients and manages marketing expenses.
• Supports public relations through outreach, events, and co-marketing with healthcare professionals.
