Job summary

Arcadia Home Care and Staffing – an Addus family company in Daly City, CA is seeking an Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers to generate PCS Caregiver referrals.

You will educate offices on the benefits of personal Home Care Services, use sales and customer service skills, manage leads, and collaborate with branch staff. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years healthcare sales/marketing experience
• Ability to educate physician offices and facilities on services
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for presentations
• Willingness to travel to client sites and events

Responsibilities

• Adheres to organization policies and procedures
• Builds relationships with physicians, hospitals, and facilities to generate referrals
• Communicates regularly with supervisor about department issues
• Maintains a positive attitude and prioritizes workload
• Produces presentations and information for clients using PowerPoint
• Assists with marketing and outreach events and community engagements
• Ensures billing and documentation are accurate and timely
• Travels to client sites to meet with potential referral partners
