HomeCall, a part of LHC Group, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will follow the plan of care set by the supervising PT and guide patients through active and passive exercises, gait training, and ADLs to improve wellbeing.

Work is performed in patients' homes, with emphasis on safety and individualized support. Requirements include current licensure or certification, a valid driver's license with insurance, and weekend availability.

Formación

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in physical therapy in state of practice.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance or access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the plan of care defined by supervising PT and perform only qualified procedures.
• Instruct and assist patients in active and passive exercises and gait training.
• Observe and report patient responses and coordinate care with the health team.
• Educate patient, family, and other care team members on therapy areas within scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home settings and promote safety and comfort.
