Qualifications

• Active PTA license/credential in the state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance or reliable transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws governing home PT; adhere to plan of care defined by supervising PT.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercises, gait, ADL, propulsion training and safety.
• Observe and report patient responses; coordinate care with the health team.
