Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Primary Care Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. You will work closely with licensed physical therapists to deliver rehabilitative services to homebound patients, including in ALF's and ILF's, with a salary-based compensation and potential monthly bonus.

Two schedules are available: (1) Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with one weekend per month or (2) 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, seven days on, seven days off.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Compassion and empathy for rehabilitation patients.
• Pelvic Health Experience and/or interest

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for homebound patients.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises with patients and educate on proper techniques.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate discharge instructions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized therapy environment and coordinate with staff.
