Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of PTA experience in an acute setting is required.
• Home care experience is desired.
• Current PTA license in the state of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with your name listed as a driver.

• Provides skilled services in a patient’s home per Physical Therapist plan of care.
• Observes and reports patient progress and reactions.
• Performs physical therapy procedures and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
• Educates patients and families on therapy techniques and safety.
• Completes documentation and charting in accordance with Medicare/Federal guidelines.
• Communicates with physician, therapist, and coworkers.
• Travels to patient locations as scheduled.
