Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support our patients in their homes. You will work under licensed Physical Therapists to carry out treatment plans and help patients regain mobility and independence.

The role focuses on delivering quality home-based care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and encouraging patient progress toward functional goals in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from patient homes.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Assist patients to improve mobility, independence in daily living, and self-care skills.
