Job summary
UnitedHealth Group in Arizona is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to implement treatment plans in home health, provide exercise instruction, and educate patients to improve well-being under a supervising PT. You will support recovery through targeted activities and coordinate care with nurses and physicians.

Qualifications
- Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to dependable transportation.
- Available to work a weekend rotation.
Responsibilities
- Follow state laws and plan of care under supervising PT; perform only qualified procedures.
- Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, and mobility training.
- Observe and report patient responses; coordinate care with healthcare team.
- Instruct patient, family, caregiver, and others in therapy within scope.
- Function effectively in diverse home settings with respect and safety.
