UnitedHealth Group, through LHC Group's home health division, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts to perform treatment, provide exercise instruction, and educate patients under a supervising PT.

You will follow state laws, assist with gait and mobility, document patient progress, and coordinate care with the health team. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this full-time role.

Competenze

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Follow state laws governing home care physical therapy and assist the supervising PT with the plan of care.
• Instructs and assists patients in active and passive exercises, gait, ADL, and mobility training.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses; coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy approaches within the PTA scope.
• Ability to work in diverse home environments and populations.
