Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing home PT under supervising PT.
• Instructs patients in exercise, gait, transfers and ADL.
• Record patient response and coordinate with the care team.
• Educate patient and family on therapy within PTA scope.
• Adapt to home environments regardless of age, race, or condition.
