Job summary

Adoration Home Health in Vienna, WV seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care under a supervising Physical Therapist. You will deliver services per the Plan of Treatment, collaborate with the supervising PT, and help adjust plans to improve function.

The role emphasizes independence with team support, opportunities for advancement, and a stable, patient-focused environment within a growing home health organization.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• State-required Basic Life Support or CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Regularly discusses patient progress with the Physical Therapist and addresses questions or concerns.
• Communicates patient needs and progress for care planning and may assist in securing adaptive equipment.
• Maintains accurate treatment and billing documentation per regulations.

Education

Physical Therapist Assistant license (unrestricted)

Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
