Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in state and CPR certification.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy; home health preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Establish measurable goals and develop plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, patient, and family; document services for proper billing.
• Supervise PTAs and PT aides in patient care as allowed by state practice acts.
