Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Charlottesville, VA team. The PTA will provide patient-centered care in a 1:1 home health setting, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, with a focus on rehabilitation and independent work within a supportive team.

Schedule is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with additional time as required. Experience with Home Health and HCHB is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
• Communicates patient progress and needs to the Physical Therapist of record.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in required format and timelines.
