Adoration Health in Charleston, WV is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for home health to deliver patient-centered, 1:1 care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This full-time role covers Boone/Lincoln County with flexible scheduling and strong team support.

You will provide in-home rehabilitation, contribute to functional improvement, and participate in care coordination with the supervising therapist. Competitive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifikationen

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum one year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.

Aufgaben

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment.
• Confers with Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient's plan of treatment, status of progress toward goals, questions and concerns.
• Communicates patient's needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assists in securing adaptive equipment for patient to improve function. Incorporates the use of adaptive equipment to enhance the rehabilitation program.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in the format and timelines required by the Company, facility, funding source, local, state and federal regulations.
