Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Charleston, WV. You will provide in-home PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the practicing state
• BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations
• 1 year PTA experience preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist
• Confer with Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient plan and progress
• Communicates patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist and assists in securing adaptive equipment
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in required formats and timelines
