Adoration Health in Ronceverte, WV is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time Home Health work. You will provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, delivering 1:1 home visits and contributing to recovery plans.

The role offers flexible scheduling, collaboration with a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement within a growing home health company.

Qualifikationen

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification in state regulations.
• At least 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuro rehab techniques.

Aufgaben

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment.
• Confers with Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient's plan of treatment, status of progress toward goals, questions and concerns.
• Communicates patient's needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assists in securing special adaptive equipment for patient to improve function.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in the format and timelines required by the Company, facility, funding source, local, state and federal regulations.
