Your Health Organization is seeking a Primary Care Physical Therapy Assistant to support licensed therapists in delivering rehabilitative services to homebound patients in Georgia and surrounding areas. The PTA will perform visits in homes, ALFs, and ILFs, contribute to treatment plans, educate patients, and document progress.

The position is full-time with a salary base and a monthly bonus opportunity, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and occasional weekend coverage.

Formación

• Associ​ate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Compassion and empathy for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with mobility.
• Pelvic Health experience and/or interest.

Responsabilidades

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and documenting progress.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises with patients and educate on proper techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient response.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to adjust care and plan for discharge.
