Your Health is seeking a Primary Care Physical Therapy Assistant to support licensed physical therapists in delivering care to homebound patients, in Savannah and surrounding areas. This full-time salary position offers visits in homes and facilities, a monthly bonus potential, and a schedule Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with one weekend per month.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current PTA licensure or eligibility in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist licensed physical therapists with implementing treatment plans.
• Demonstrate and supervise rehabilitative exercises with patients.
• Educate patients on proper rehabilitation techniques and home programs.
• Document patient progress and assist with discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment and sanitize equipment.
